VCSELs

• Zephyr Photonics has 4 Gbps and 10 Gbps VCSELs that are both flip-chip and wire bond compatible.    
• Zephyr Photonics’ CWDM VCSELs have wide operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C with low threshold currents and high output powers.      
• Zephyr Photonics’ VCSELs operate at 10 Gbps up to 125°C. Operation at 5 Gbps is possible at 150°C or even higher.  This performance enables optical interconnects in applications that are not possible with commercial 850 nm VCSELs.
